My Personal Objective

Vicki Sims, PT with Kim before flying to Florida 4-days post op SI alignment check at 100%The purpose of this website is to provide information primarily on SI Dysfunction/Instability causing Proximal and Distal Malalignment and related Piriformis Syndrome, along with Peripheral Nerve Surgery and Proximal Tibiofibular Instability to help others find solutions. See the Diagnosis page for an overview of the entire content ultimately to be contained on this website.

It is my goal that no other patient should have to go undiagnosed (or should I say, diagnosed but with no solutions) and suffer the negative effects of Mal-alignment based on SI Instability. Should conservative measures fail, there is a surgical answer for many patients. To that extent, it would be my desire to foster  business development between the hands on clinicians (Physical Therapists and/or Chiropractors) and Orthopedic Surgeons to come together and start an SI Team in the Pacific Northwest. Why not the greater Spokane area?

I’ve been asked by a medical practitioner if I can refer a specialist in Sacroiliac Joint Dysfunction in the Pacific Northwest region. My answer – no.    If I had known of a medical practice in the Pacific Northwest that could help me and offer the procedures needed to give me relief, I would not have traveled so far to Gainesville, Georgia. But as I discovered, there are VERY few specialty clinics in the United States familiar with the procedure I experienced that gave me great relief.    I’ve carefully outlined my medical journey through SI-Instability.com, paving the way to help many others who suffer from the debilitating effects of SI Joint Dysfunction and Instability. My personal experience through the Minimally Invasive Sacroiliac Fixation without Fusion surgical procedure and follow up therapy has truly given me a new lease on life. And I think I can help others.

Is your medical practice seeking to increase revenues through qualified traffic and exposure to a target audience of consumers needing your services and expertise?

Perhaps SI-Instability.com is the perfect blog platform to deliver results. We are launching our early bird advertising program where physicians, physical therapists, medical specialists and practitioners can target a new referral resource through an affordable banner ad. Marketing executives are now identifying the advantages of a banner ad embedded within well written, keyword rich, search engine optimized blog articles.

SI-Instability.com is a focused website written by an ordinary patient with an extraordinary desire to share her entire medical journey along with her special interest in sacroiliac joint dysfunction and instability and associated mal-alignment syndrome.

Initial banner slots will be limited and offerings are based on first come first served. Advertisers in this first year are eligible to lock in this opportunity for space – renewable on an annual basis.

While our well optimized site is gaining traffic and rankings in the search engines, your practice will benefit from the increasing traffic to the site by consumers from coast to coast seeking relief from their own SI-Dysfunction.

Banners are available for placement within the content of any web page at SI-Instability.com as well as placement in the sidebar. We are offering one premium banner slot located at the bottom of every post. All banners will include a clickable link to your website. You supply the digital artwork in gif, jpg or png format.

If you or a fellow practitioner is interested in taking advantage of targeted traffic through SI-Instability.com, please contact my office for further information.
